Pain is inevitable. When running the Marathon, the point will come when you start thinking: It hurts, I cant take it anymore!
The hurt bit is unavoidable. Whether you can or can not take it anymore is only up to you!
Many of you will know London YOUth from their activities in Greenwich and Lambeth. Not many are aware of the amount of work and money needed to run their projects!
I run for London YOUth because helping young people at-risk of crime is a duty and the best investment in London future. I like London YOUth professional and practical approach (i.e. using cognitive behaviour therapy and creating employment opportunities)
London Youth is a network of 400 youth clubs helping 75,000 young people and their families in London. Their vision is of a great world city where every young person, is challenged to be the best they can be.
