As most of you will know I have undertaken a challenge to run or walk at least a mile every day of 2017. I will also be challenging myself to 7 mile a week challenge 2018 and other running events to raise money for Clic Sargent. 

This is all in honour of Alex McCarthy and his amazing family, who I have the priveledge of knowing through running. So it only seems fit that my future runs raise awareness of this charity. #RunforAlex
