Along with my friends from Sage, I'm running this year's Great North Run on Sunday 13th September to raise funds for Cancer Research. It will be 13.1 miles of pure "fun", running from Newcastle to South Shields.

It's for a fantastic cause, and any donation big or small would be really appreciated.

Donating through JustGiving is easy. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity.

As you can see from the picture above I've been training hard. Wish me luck - I may need it! :-)
