I am raising money for Marie Curie because Laurel spent her final weeks at their Hospice in Hampstead, London. The facilities and the staff there were so helpful and friendly and supportive, most especially to Laurel, but also to myself and our family.

We have an infant daughter (only 2 months old at the time) and they facilitated us bringing her to visit her mum whenever we wanted to, also allowed me to spend nights in Laurel's room.

I have now changed the fundraising target to £1800 (it was £600 but due to amazing support so far this original target has been passed already!!!)
