I am running the hellish Snowdonia Marathon on Oct 27th 2012 to raise money and awareness for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust or for the genetic disorder we call 'Sixty Five Roses' among friends.  This is a charity I have only become aware of in recent years and this is due to the arrival of beautiful Nancy Thomas to the world.  Nancy is the daughter of close friends of mine; Lucy and Lyn Thomas and she has sixty five roses.  I am running for you Nancy Thomas.
