Hi thanks for visiting my page.

I am going to run (well probably jog and walk) the Bupa Manchester 10k for St Luke's (Cheshire) Hospice. You may think I am mad adn I would probably agree, but St Luke's is so special and rely upon donations to continue their amazing caring work. So me getting blisters (hope not) and aching muscles is worth it.
