We are aiming to complete a half marathon run ("Run to the Beat", 26th September) to raise money for Watford Mencap in memory of Bernie's sister Patsy, who we lost last year. 

Sponsoring us will help Mencap with the wonderful work they do in support of people with learning disabilities in the community and will spur us on to complete what for us will be a massive challenge!
