Staff, Students and Friends of Anglia Ruskin University are embarking on a challenging 25 Mile bike ride around the Essex Countryside to raise money for Havens Hospices.

Haven Hospices provide respite breaks, symptom control and end-of-life care for adults and children living with serious illnesses or conditions. It aims to make their journey - and that of the family - as comfortable as possible, creating special memories along the way, a great cause I am sure you will agree….
