Hello people!
I recently ran 26.2 miles (yes that is a marathon). I ran for charity, so that kept me going (in the rain), but it did hurt although by the photo you could not tell! It only took me 232 mins!
Anyway I have recently become a trustee of a wonderful charitable organisation called Yaarah Schools. The main aim of which is to offer village children the opportunity to study in a school building where previously they would have had to gather under a tree and hope (for the best) that there was not a thunderstorm!
Without the support from Yaraah Schools these children (see photos) would not have the benefit of a classroom, tables, chairs and in some cases books, pens and games. Don't you just love the 'young people and nation building' caption on the blackboard. We can help with that!
If you donate a pound or two to help build these classrooms that would be very much appreciated and of course when I go and visit I will pass on my thanks!

Thank you to the Theo Antwi Trust for acting as an umbrella charity which allows us (Yaraah Schools) to receive donations online.
Best wishes
Russ
