On 6th September 2015, along with 80 National Grid Colleagues, I will be taking part in a Wolf Run. This is a 10K Obstacle course and includes lakes, mud, woodland and man made obstacles. This is my first attempt at running 10K with the added advantage of the obstacles thrown in to make the challenge more interesting.
