I’ve known Mat for over 23 years, and as one of my closest friends we’ve been through many ups and downs together. I met Lucy when they became friends at university and Mat then began to punch well above his weight and finally ask her out and the rest as they say is history. 

The Capella foundation is a combination of their joint strength, bringing together family and friends to make a huge difference increasing awareness and valuable funding for a truly amazing cause - fighting pregnancy complications...

In my old age I’m trying to help as best I can to support them and the foundation by doing this challenge, which will test my dodgy footballers hamstrings and also my sleep deprivation skills.
