Story

Chialuka, our baby boy, was born prematurely. Hence his first days have been spent in the neonatal intensive care unit at St.Marys, Paddington. It is an excellent facility, with state of the art equipment and wonderful, caring staff. We feel genuinely fortunate that Chialuka is being given such a good start in life.
The neonatal unit is supported by the Winnicott Foundation, a charity founded by parents and doctors who wanted to do more for premature and sick babies than the NHS was able to provide. Our aim is to raise £5,000 to support their invaluable work. The money will be used to buy such items as a 'baby nest', which helps a premature baby to lie comfortably when they are not yet developed enough to do this for themselves. It costs around £40. For more details see http://www.winnicott.org.uk/how-your-donations-help

Thank you for your support,

Simon, Chika, Chialuka

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
