Many of you know that running is not new to me because I force myself out on ridiculous runs on a regular basis but what is new is that I'm doing it for a very important cause. My boss the very talented and brilliant Alison Ford lost her fight against breast cancer last year.

Without the money, time and research into the disease my mum wouldn't be pottering around, listening to the Archers and shouting at my dad right now.
