On Sunday 26th May, I am going to be taking part in the Edinburgh Half Marathon to raise awareness and money for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy (Scotland). Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy in Scotland is the largest music therapy charity in the country. They provide music therapy to both children and adults who find themselves isolated from the world due to disability, illness, autism or through other traumatic experiences.

 

Over the past couple of years, I have taken part in two 5k and two 10k races with Bupa Running and Cancer Research Race for Life but this is going to be a huge challenge for me!! Any amount, no matter how small, would be greatly appreciated and will help me run each step for Nordoff-Robbins Music Therapy!
