Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So it's been a while since I have pushed myself to do something for me (get more active) and for charity.  So tempted by a few posters and then when my best friend suggested we do it I thought it was meant to be.  So I wanted to do a challenge the 10 miles walk is a challenge for me.

This is to honor not just one person but many for me, the family and close friends who have past, but also to celebrate the loved ones still with me.  To embrace life we have and to appreciate who are in our lives.  This is a local charity,  if you feel it's a good enough cause please sponsor me as much as you feel is right.

Plus for each person who donates I will add an item of fancy dress, funny hair, tutu, even face paint so get donating :) xx

About the charity

The Hospice helps people to live their precious lives well. Our care has many forms – at home, in our outpatient Spring Centre or through specialised care in one of our Hospice beds - and is defined by each person's need. We rely on donations to raise the £5m we need each year to fund our free care.
