I'll be running the London half marathon on Sunday 27th September "Run to the beat". It'll be my first long run and I'm hoping to be able to complete it in less than 2 hours. 28/09/09 - The race is now done and dusted and my thighs are just starting to get sore! I ran in 1 hour, 54 minutes and 51 seconds. I'm impressed with my time as I wanted to do it under 2 hours! Thanks for all your support!
