<p><span style="border-collapse: collapse; font-family: 'lucida grande', tahoma, verdana, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 11px; line-height: 15px; color: #000000;">The longest I've ever run for is about twenty minutes. And it wasn't even a run, it was a jog. So I want to challenge myself.<br><br>BUT in addition to that, in a climate of brutal government cuts, lots of essential organisations that support survivors of sexual assault and rape have had their funding cut. And unlike lots of NGOs, these charities are about as popular as donkey care charities when it comes to donations. Actually they'r<span class="text_exposed_show" style="display: inline;">e less popular (not that I have anything against donkeys - just feel my priorities are different!). And they are also really efficient and take very little money to do absolutely incredible, inspiring and essential work.<br><br>SO I am asking my lovely friends, family - and anyone who might be remotely interested - to sponsor me while I undertake this painful and exerting five month project of running all the time, and slowly taking up a no-alcohol and 90% carb diet for maximum running potential. Because if everyone gives a bit a money to the project, we might together be able to give a sizeable amount to a charity that will really make that money go a long way, for a cause that's really important to me.
