On 9th September 2009 I am launching myself off a100ft building at Leeds Met's Civic Quarter Campus!!!
As I am petrified of heights I would appreciate any donations you could give to help me walk of the EDGE!!
It a challange which is going to take all my dare devil skills!
I am raising money for The Makhad Trust which is a not-for-profit organisation who run village-based development programmes in nomadic regions.
This is a charlity which is supported by Leeds Met and is a UK based Charity.
On 2 October 2009, 13 volunteers from , will be heading to the desert to support a community building project co-ordinated by The Makhad Trust. Leeds Met volunteers will help villagers from the Muzeina tribe undertake various construction tasks including: collecting stones and sand, making breeze blocks, helping to plaster the school walls, mixing cement and constructing bamboo shade shelters.
