I'm running a half-marathon at the end of January to raise money for Auditory Verbal UK, a charity that does wonders for deaf children.

I'm doing it in Mexico City at the astronomical altitude of 2240 metres (7300 feet) and surrounded by smog. Still, I have a nice park to train in: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chapultepec
