CONGRATULATIONS on completing the 2011 London 10K Run in 00:46:05 !

SWAN Advocacy Network would like to thank you for running for us this year and would also like to thank all of your sponsors for their kind donations. Your contribution will make a huge difference to vulnerable people.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have recently started working as a volunteer for SWAN in order to support people in situations where they are unable to help themselves. This is a cause close to my heart as my career in community nursing has given me first hand experience of  the powerlessness of people who are disadvanted through weakness, disability or ill health.

I am particularly grateful to my son Russell for his willingness to come over from Germany to run on behalf of SWAN on Sunday 10th July.

Any sponsorship you feel able to offer, however small, will go directly towards helping people who can't help themselves. More details can be found by clicking on 'SWAN Advocacy network' on the left hand side of this page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving. Your donation is sent directly to the charity and Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
