Thanks for taking the time to visit mine and Emma's Just Giving page and for supporting us on our mammoth 26.2 mile journey for the Neuro Foundation.
We are running the London Marathon on the 22nd of April 2012 for a very worthy cause that is close to my heart, Neurofibromatosis (NF). NF is a neurogenetic condition that affects over 25,000 people in the UK. Everyday a baby is born in the UK with Neurofibromatosis. As yet, there is no cure.
A close friend of mine's son has recently been diagnosed with NF1 and is experiencing some of the many symptoms caused by this condition. The Neuro Foundation is crucial in helping to support those children and families whose lives are affected by Neurofibromatosis and they do a wonderful job in raising awareness and improving lives. Like many charities they are finding it challenging to raise money in these difficult economic times so we would be extremely grateful if you would consider contributing to this wonderful charity by sponsoring us to put our bodies through 3 months and 4 (or more like 5) hours of pain!
THANK YOU
