After my Stroke, I received so much support from the Royal Hallamshire hospital Stroke team, my lovely family and my brilliant friends (near & far). Not every hospital provides this level of support and not everybody is lucky enough to have close friends and family to help. They rely on charities like the Stroke Association. So, I wanted to help make sure everybody can access support after a stroke, when they need it and for as long as they need it.
