Somewhere over the last 12 months I seem to have lost my marbles totally and am running this years Great North Run for West Cumbria Hospice at Home. As this will be my 5th Great North Run you would have thought I may have learnt my lesson but I couldn't really say no when asked to take part for charity. Please dig deep into your pockets and donate some cash towards a very worthy, and local cause. You'll also get the opportunity to point and laugh at me not being able to walk for a week afterwards (as usual!)
