Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

This is no Kilimanjaro. But it is a hefty walk: 6 peaks, 1 day. Most importantly, I have signed up with my boss to do this. So I can't go breaking my ankle (again). And I have to keep up. Especially if I want to keep my job(!)

Jokes aside, I'm doing this to raise money for Centrepoint who help young people that are homeless in the UK. I can't imagine being 17 and choosing the streets over a home because that is a better alternative to continuous abuse.

ALL the money raised will help transform the futures of vulnerable young people and young families facing homelessness, providing them with housing, health and learning. The work Centrepoint does is invaluable; these young people are inspired to live, to try, to start again.

As you can imagine I'm taking the training for this very seriously so I smash the whole 1 day 6 peaks thing. So any change you can spare, please pass my way!!
