At least 21 people with epilepsy in the UK die each week. SUDEP Action, is the only UK charity dedicated to supporting those bereaved by epilepsy, raising awareness of epilepsy risks and tackling deaths in people with epilepsy, including Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).

Story

Hello everyone!

On the 14th of April, I will be completing the Yorkshire Three Peaks  to raise money for SUDEP Action with my fellow club members from the LUUWHC. This amazing charity focuses on raising awareness to the risks of epilepsy and supports families who have been affected by epilepsy. This is a charity that is very close to the hockey club's heart and it would mean the world to us for anyone who can donate towards the cause!
