Story

Mar 2010 update:

Alas the apron and baking pans have to make a brief appearance for my work's bake sale day, but that hasn't hindered my training. Now the weather is better I'm making progress with my daily walks around London and now raring to go for D-Day!

I'm not far off my target now so please help me get there by clicking the DONATE NOW link above.

Many thanks to those who have already donated! Final update after the walk!

Jan 2010 update:

Unfortunately the weather hasn’t helped much with my training intentions but I will survive (I’m stopping myself from bursting into song here). It also didn’t help that I discovered my old love for baking cakes and cookies! But I assure you I have put my apron and baking pans away till the summer… ok maybe not that long but at least till after my walk.

Please help me reach my target please click the click the DONATE NOW link above and Huge thanks to those who have already donated!

Dec 2009..

I'll start with saying Thank you for visiting my page...

For the second year running, on Sunday 21st March 2010, I will be taking part in the Big fun Walk (7½ miles from East Finchley Underground Station to Storey's Gate, Westminster) for the North London Hospice. The NLH provides free care and support for patients both on site and in their own homes. You can find out more about the hospice at www.northlondonhospice.org.uk

I'll keep updating this page regularly with progress of my training... after Christmas :-)..
