I am doing three mad physical events this year and it is a great opportunity to raise money for a worthy cause.
I heard there was a good pub at the top Kilimanjaro and Snowdon - so thought I'd go take a look!
February 2010 - Kilimanjaro. Battered and tired but got to the top. It's mind over matter. However, this was taken BEFORE I fell off the mountain and was directed by my 'spirit' guide back down. Hallucinating is not good at 6000 metres!!! But better than drugs - apparentlyI
May 2010 - Walking up Snowdon with 35lb rucksack with the RFS boys
July 2010 - Taking part in the MS challenge around Snowdonia National Park with Whitchurch RFC
