hi fiends and family members and Facebookers, on the 30th of March 2019 I will step into the cage to fight in a charity cage fight for the charity Help for heroes!

this is a opportunity not just for myself but for everyone to try and make a change in another person's life especially for the men, women, and families of the British armed forces.

I will also be fighting in remeberance of my uncle David, a former royal Welsh fusilier!

any donations you could put forward would be extremely appreciated by all that receive the help!

to ant friends and family who want to come see me fight on the 30th of March 2019, tickets will be available in a few weeks at the cost of 25 pound per ticket which will also go to charity!
