A couple of weeks ago our generous family and friends helped us raise £920 at Ryan's 40th birthday for JDRF, a charity so close to our hearts.  We would like to see if we can get the Morris family contribution to JDRF over £1000. 

Today I  ran 5k for the first time ever! This was part of Team Triathlon, an event organised by good friends of ours, the Cowie family.  Adam Cowie, who is 9, also has Type 1. 

I was so proud to run with my daughter Lucy and be part of this fantastic event.. I didn't want to ask for sponsors until I knew I'd managed it! So if anyone can spare a few pounds we would really appreciate it.
