Ryan and Kat are going to do the 3 Peaks Challenge on 22nd June 2011 for the Instensive Care Foundation.

For those who don't know, the 3 Peaks Challenge involves climbing the 3 tallest peaks in the UK within 24 hours Ben Nevis (4409 ft - Scotland), Scafell Pike (3162 ft - England) and Snowdon (3560 ft Wales). The 24 hour time limit including travelling between them!

We thought this would be a great way to raise some money for research into Intensive Care since we are both working in Intensive Care Units this year and a personal challenge for ourselves too.

Any donation big or small is appreciated! In the meantime, we'll get training!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Ryan and Kat xx
