I am training to row across the Atlantic with Team Ubunye at the end of 2013 to raise money for charity. As part of the training, and awareness for the Challenge, I am going to be attempting a 24 hour row on an indoor rower. I have been training towards this for well over a year and have rowed several thousand kms so far.
