I cycle an awful lot (my family would not dispute that!) so although this may not be the biggest physical challenge for me, it really is inspiring to know that I can make a difference to someone else's life by riding my bike. On the 7th of July, along with friends and colleagues from Johnson & Johnson UK, I will be cycling 140 miles from Blackpool to Scarborough in support of Operation Smile.

Every 3 minutes a baby is born with a cleft. Cleft lip and palate affects a child’s ability to eat, speak and breathe. It’s great to be fundraising for a charity that are really making a difference to so many people affected by cleft in so many countries around the world.
