I am doing the Cardiff 10K for the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.  I have been inspired into getting my trainers out of the cupboard after far too long by Lucy and Lyn Thomas who's little girl Nancy was diagnosed with CF at three months of age - and by donating we can help the CF Trust in finding a cure to help Nancy and children like her.
