<p>At 1600 on Thursday 6 October I'm taking part in the KPMG abseil for Barnardo's, abseiling 15 floors down the side of KPMG's UK headquarters in Canary Wharf. It's not something I've ever done before so I am a bit apprehensive to say the least! The minimum fundraising target is £150 and I know with your support and some nerves of steel (as well as a very strong rope) I will get there. Barnardo's does brilliant work to support vulnerable children across the UK so please give generously (and wish me luck).</p>
