I have decided to run the 10K road race in Bangor, N Ireland on Saturday 25 September 2010 to raise funds for NILRF.

I have been inspired to do this after my boss and friend, Jonathan Stockton was diagnosed with Leukaemia in May of this year. Jonathan is presently battling this condition and undergoing chemotherapy. Bangor is also Jonathan's home town
