Story
The Sheffield Engineers Rugby Football club has chosen for the 2014/15 season to affiliate themselves with the Matt Hampson Foundation. As a charity raising money to help people similar to ourselves, but who have had the misfortune of suffering a terrible injury while playing the sport that we love, we feel that it is only right that we dedicate our charitable efforts to this cause. This is the first major fundraising attempt for SERFC and so we have chosen to take part in the 'Movember' challenge. As many members of the club as possible will be forbidden from shaving their top lips for the duration of the month of November, in a bid to raise money for charity. Regular updates will be posted including photos of the best and worst progress as well as a track on how much money we have raised.
