Thanks for visiting our fundraising page.
Members of staff from Sheffield & Hallamshire FA will be embarking on the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge to raise money for Sheffield Children’s Hospital as part of the Masters Cutler Challenge. A 25 mile circular challenge walk, the Three Peaks of Yorkshire normally starts and finishes at Horton-in-Ribblesdale, visiting the three highest peaks in Yorkshire - Pen-y-ghent (691m), Whernside (728m), and Ingleborough (723m) - in that order. The total distance may vary slightly, as there are a few minor route options, but for most the walk will be just under 25 miles, visiting Ribblehead and Chepel-Le-Dale. As an added football twist, the County FA staff taking part will wear the shirt of our local football teams in return for at least £100 sponsorship money. Each sponsoring team will get official partnership recognition for the challenge and acknowledgement and publicity as thanks.
