We provide long-term help & support to prevent & end homelessness in Merseyside

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

My company The office of Lloyd's Register, whose work involves the surveying and classification of ships, is celebrating its’ 250th anniversary by teaming up with the Whitechapel Centre for the homeless in Langsdale Street L3 to help the city's homeless. Lloyd’s Register offices around the world were asked to propose charitable ventures and staff volunteer time over a period of nine months, and following some research of local charities The Whitechapel Centre was chosen as the problems they try to help are often overlooked. I then formed a team called "The Breakfast Club" which aims to help the homeless by making breakfasts at the centre every week thus freeing up their outreach staff who can concentrate on helping people off the streets of the city and into accommodation. Along with my volunteering I am hoping to raise extra money to help get Liverpool's homeless off the streets so this is where I need you to donate what you can to help!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
