Story

STREAMING NOW AT www.twitch.tv/ArthuriusWhite

Hello, Kelman here. This is my *counts quickly* fifth year (yes? no? 4th or 5th!) gaming for 24 hours straight for the Sick Kids Save Point, and this may be the most challenging year to date.

You see, what started as a team of 8 will this year officially be just myself :-/ so! I will be playing Minecraft - the game with all the squares - for 24 hours straight, and trying to keep myself awake. Which is going to be a challenge!

Basically, I will have a livestream running of the game, and you can check in whenever you like to see how insane the copious amounts of bricks have driven me at any given point; I will be reading comments where I can, and you can suggest things you'd like to see me do or make - hopefully it could be quite an interesting communal event; also, you guys might keep me awake. That part will be FANTASTIC!

Why am I doing it? Why am I putting myself through this insane mental trauma? For the Sick Kids Friends Foundation, a local charity that works with children in my community, and while I may not be the best equipped to help them in a more hands-on form, I can most certainly spend 24 hours going nuts for blocks if it will help get them the funds to continue their good work! c:

Any amount you can spare would be greatly appreciated; I sometimes worry that charities like this can be left in the wayside at times, so it's nice to see events like this, where groups get together for spreading awareness and fundraising :) but don't feel bad if you can't spare any, you can still pop in to the livestream for some randomness, and most likely a giant farm of rainbow sheep (there's usually one)
