We are doing this marathon to raise money to help sick children and their parents in Edinburgh. The Sick Kids Friends Foundation supports the work of the Royal Hospital for Sick Children, which receives over 100,000 children through its doors each year from all over the country.
We are taking part in this event as, while it is a challenge, it is something that we can achieve and help out a great cause in the process.
