Event: Neuroblastoma Alliance - Jamie Inglis Appeal, from 31 December 2012 to 31 March 2013
We fund research and support families to access clinical trials for children.

Story

Jamie has relapsed neuroblastoma. He has been fighting neuroblastoma, an aggressive childhood cancer, since he was 3 ½ years old. He has beaten the disease once but sadly the cancer has come back. Jamie’s immediate treatment will be radiotherapy and chemotherapy to try and get the disease under control. As we do not have any relapse treatment protocols in the UK, Jamie’s best chance of beating neuroblastoma is to travel abroad for treatment.

I will be taking part in the London Triathlon again in September to try and raise sum money towards Jamie's treatment. Im aiming to complete the Olympic distance of 1500m swim, 40KM bike and 10KM run. I have done this before and will be aiming to beat my previous time of just over 3 hours.
