We are  running the Cardiff Half Marathon on 4 October 2015 for Ty Hafan. It was a challenge set by rugby legend  Gareth Thomas (Alfie) 12 weeks ago to change our lifestyles and get fit.  We never thought we would, but here we  are.  It would be great if you could donate and share my page so that I can raise as much as possible to help Ty Hafan care for life-limited children in Wales............Thank you.
