I'm doing another attempt at the 3 Peaks Challenge on 19-20 June - 3 mountains, 20 miles walking, 10,000ft height gain and 500 miles driving, all in 24 hours - Hopefully this time I won't get us lost!

 

I'm raising money to support the Dystonia Society. The Dystonia Society is a UK-wide charity providing support, advice and information for anyone affected by the neurological movement disorder known as dystonia.  Dystonia is characterised by involutary and uncontrollable muscle spasms which can force affected parts of the body into abnormal, sometimes painful, movements or postures. 

 

My dad has a Dystonia related condition, so this seemed an appropriate charity to support - so please dig deep and donate now.
