Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
InshAllah I'll be climbing Mount Snowdon on the 3rd of November 2013 as part of LivISOC Charity Week in order to raise money for Muslim Hands. This particular project that the climb aims to gather enough funds for is to run a bread factory in Aleppo, Syria.
The approximate cost of running a bread factory stands at £467 per day with a monthly running cost of £14,000. This bread factory produces 6,000 loaves of bread per day which are distributed by volunteers to 1,500 families at need. In total, this feeds 7,500 individuals on a daily basis.
Thus, LivISOC Charity Week aims to raise a total of £14,000 with the climbing of Mount Snowdon the last event of this week.
For a country in need of urgent humanitarian aid, any contribution you can make for this worthy cause is greatly appreciated.
Thank you J
