This December, I will be trekking to the basecamp of the world's tallest mountain, Mount Everest towering the Himalayas in Nepal.
Many of the trekkers this year will be females [ Alhamdulillah ]. It will be a very challenging trip & far yet the biggest challenge taken on til date but when you can already imagine the end result, the cause & how many lives we will save / make a difference together, it instantly becomes easy & most worth it! [ In Shaa Allah ].
Dangerously high heights, sleeping rough & facing extreme conditions all in aid for the Rohingya Emergency Appeal. Trekking over 12 consecutive out of 17 days, commencing 11th - 27th Dec 2018.
Due to the ongoing conflict/ genocide of Rohingyan Muslim's in Burma, we are raising funds to help the hundreds & thousands of Rohingyan refugees in Balukhali refugee camp located in Cox Bazar, Bangladesh. The camp is home to 500,000 displaced refugees who desperately need food, water, shelter and medical care to survive.
YOUR DONATIONS will provide food, clothes, hygiene & sanitation items, supplies of clean fresh water alongside building much needed toilets & shelters to the Rohingyan Refugees.
My given target to reach within the next few months, until Dec, is £4,500 but In shaa allah, together we can raise above & beyond the target with your help.

Below is just a guideline & what the fundraising funds will be contributed towards. However, you are welcome to donate as little or as much as you can.

FOOD PACKS | £50
Provides a family food pack. Typically our food packs contain nutritional items like pasta, rice, sugar and chickpeas and can support families for an entire month.

FAMILY ESSENTIAL KIT | £100
This provides simple items for families such as Clothes, Blankets and
Health and Hygiene kit/items. This can make a massive difference to a Rohingya refugees health.

MEDICAL [SUPPLY & SERVICES] | £200
This allows the Rohingya refugees to have access to medical health and medicines.

SHELTER | £350
Give a family warmth, security and protection by providing them with
shelter.

WATER | £500
Provide access to water to a family of 6-8 people. Water supplies and
storage equipment – jars, jerry cans plus water purification tablets

LARGE SHELTER | £3000
Provide warmth, security and protection and protection for 8 families.
