Hello all,

Right, so in a clear fit of madness I have somehow decided to:

a) run when I don't particularly like running and

b) do it in public with heaps of other people who probably do like running and will look way cooler than me (not hard to do to be honest)

But, it's all for charridy and a personal challenge so please support me and the kids of 'ackney to help me complete my first 5k run!

I'll be at Battersea Park on Thursday 9th July 09 (ignore the default date to the left) so please feel free to come along and cheer / heckle / clean up the blood from my mangled feet at the end of it... ;o)
