Giving up dying and cutting my hair for 1 year! · 1 February 2014

REACH is the leading charity providing support and information to parents and their children affected by upper limb difference. We have a dedicated network of volunteer branch coordinators spread across 19 areas of the UK and Ireland. The charity relies totally on fundraising to survive.

Story

Day 162! I received another £20 last night which is awesome! I'm somehow managing to cope with the weird inbetween length in the heat.

day 78! £145 raised so far, thinking of setting my target at £500, please share and donate if you haven't already. It's an awesome cause.

it starts today! didn't manage to get a trim first so my hair is a bit scraggy, too late now!

As of the 1st February 2014 I'll not be dying or cutting my hair for a whole year! Those of you who know me know this is a huge challenge for me as I'm always changing my hair! Most people shave their head or dye it a fun colour but I do that as part of everyday life, so I'm doing the opposite.

I've chosen to give to Reach as, as you probably know I'm missing my left and although I have never really dealt with them myself the work they do is fantastic in supporting both parents and children alike.
