Salaam Alaykum

I’m Saklain Ali and I'm 7 years old.  I live in Bangalore with my Mummy, Daddy and 5 brothers and sisters.  My Daddy is a Pavement Sweeper and hardly earns enough to feed our family.  

 

It is difficult to live on such little money and because of this my father cannot pay for my education.  I sometimes cry because I want to go to school but I know we don’t have any money. 

 

I need your help.  My yearly school fees are £120.  I want to study and gain knowledge so I can help my family out of poverty.  Please will you help me and become my sponsor?
