I shall be abseiling down the side of the Rotunda at Ickworth House, near Bury St Edmunds, on 20th September. This has never been done before and I have never abseiled so it will be an exciting and nerve-racking challenge.

My aim is to raise £500 for the Real Lives appeal for Ickworth House. This is a ground-breaking project aimed at transforming the visitor experience at Ickworth by demonstating the "upstairs-downstairs" life of a working country estate.
