<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</p> <p>On the weekend of 31st March/1st April dad (Guy) and I are taking on the challenge of walking from Brecon to Cardiff (approx 30 miles) in aid of one of the fantastic charities, HeartLine, which is supported by the Theo Walker Fund.</p> <p>Theo Walker, the gorgeous son of our close friends (Dan and Lucy) died at the age of 4 and half weeks from a congenital heart condition known as pulmonary atresia. HeartLine was just one of the charities that helped Dan, Lucy and Theo and for this reason we want to raise as much money for them as possible to make sure they can continue to offer support to other families in need.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
